Our first consultation is at
no charge. If we are selected to assist you in your efforts to install
a new accounting system or to improve an existing accounting system,
we begin with a planning meeting at which we determine the nature
of existing accounting efforts, and the general requirements for
financial information. We then prepare a realistic time plan
to complete a detailed analysis of the informational needs and paperwork
flows and report back to you with our recommendations for a new
accounting system or improvements to the existing system. After you have reviewed and accepted installation or improvement
plans, we then proceed with the implementation. We work to your budget. Frequently, we can hold the costs within a budget by having
client personnel assist with analyses and other related data gathering. We charge by the hour. Our hourly rates are reasonable and we
are flexible in tailoring the engagement to meet your cash limitations. We will provide references upon
