At Beacon Consulting Associates, we assist businesses in bankruptcy to resolve their business issues and successfully emerge from bankruptcy. We act as accountants to the debtor and business advisors and play a major role in the development of the reorganization plan. We prepare the monthly financial reporting package required by the United States Trustee and deal with the Trustee with regard to questions and requests for additional information. We are also available to testify in bankruptcy court with regard to financial and accounting matters. We work closely with the bankruptcy attorney to provide the financial and business perspective in negotiations with various secured creditors and creditor committees. Although each situation can be different, we bring to each engagement the same sense of urgency, the same sharp questioning, analytical approach. is at no charge. If we are selected to assist you in bankruptcy or with regard
to a possible bankruptcy, we begin with an initial meeting at which
we determine your needs and the seriousness of your situation. We then advise you as to our suggested role and the possible
depth of our involvement. We work to your
budget. Frequently, we can hold the costs within a budget by having
client personnel assist with analyses and other related data gathering. We charge by the hour. Our hourly rates are reasonable and we
are flexible in tailoring the engagement to meet your cash limitations. We will provide
