At Beacon Consulting Associates, we assist clients to arrange equity financing.

We act in an advisory capacity assisting clients through the process of determining their objectives, the use of proceeds and the most desirable structure. Where appropriate, we will assemble the business assumptions, prepare the financial projections, and create the business plan to be used as the financing document.

If it is advisable to raise equity through a private placement memorandum, we can arrange for the necessary legal work and for the registration in the States where investors are to be sought. Through our network of venture capitalists, investment groups, and investors, we can arrange introductions and provide exposure to the transaction. Finally, we can provide advice and assistance in the structuring of the transaction and in negotiating favorable terms and conditions.

Beacon Consulting Associates has assisted clients through initial public offerings (IPO's) and manufacturers, chemical companies, web related businesses, computer consulting companies, distribution companies, and many others to arrange various forms of private financing.

Our first consultation is at no charge. If we are selected to assist you in your efforts to arrange equity financing, we begin with a planning meeting at which we determine your objectives and advise you on the best course to achieve those objectives. If equity financing is the advisable course, we then work out a realistic time and resources plan to prepare the required documents and to begin the presentation process.

We work to your budget. Frequently, we can hold the costs within a budget by having client personnel assist with analyses and other related data gathering. We charge by the hour for advisory and consulting services. We also receive a modest success fee should one of our introductions be selected to provide the equity financing. Our hourly rates are reasonable and we are flexible in tailoring the engagement to meet your cash limitations.
