At Beacon Consulting Associates, we assist businesses in bankruptcy to resolve their business issues and successfully emerge from bankruptcy.

For a business attempting to reorganize itself under Chapter 11 of the Federal Bankruptcy Code, the reorganization plan is the ticket to success.  The reorganization plan essentially deals with two issues; 1) how the business will be “turned around” and returned to financial health, and 2) how the secured and unsecured creditors, and others with an interest in the outcome, will be dealt with.  As skilled turnaround consultants, we are the logical choice to lead the development and preparation of the reorganization plan. 

We work closely with the bankruptcy attorney in the preparation of the reorganization plan and to provide the financial and business perspective in negotiations with various secured creditors and unsecured creditor committees.

Although each situation can be different, we bring to each engagement the same sense of urgency, the same sharp questioning, analytical approach. Our concern is always the economic well being of our client.

Our first consultation is at no charge.  If we are selected to assist you in bankruptcy or with regard to a possible bankruptcy, we begin with an initial meeting at which we determine your needs and the seriousness of your situation.  We then advise you as to our suggested role and the possible depth of our involvement.

We work to your budget.  Frequently, we can hold the costs within a budget by having client personnel assist with analyses and other related data gathering.  We charge by the hour.  Our hourly rates are reasonable and we are flexible in tailoring the engagement to meet your cash limitations.
