Here is how we work . . . . . .
Our first consultation is at no charge. We meet with you, preferably in person or by phone, to determine your needs and expectations. When we understand the issues, we recommend clear objectives and an action plan to meet those objectives. We outline the steps needed, such as data gathering, developing a financial model, etc., and suggest possible difficulties we may encounter and possible solutions. We also suggest a realistic timetable to complete the steps we have outlined.
This first consultation is at no charge and no obligation. It is our opportunity to determine if we can be of assistance and your opportunity to receive a fresh, objective perspective on your business issues.
We work to your budget. Frequently a business in the start-up phase or one with serious financial problems will express real concerns as to how they can pay a consultant. Most of the time, we can hold costs within a client budget by having client personnel work on their areas of strength. For instance, client personnel often gather information and perform cetain analyses under our supervision. We charge by the hour, and our rates are reasonable. We are also flexible in tailoring the engagement to meet the client's cash limitations.
We provide a written report of our findings and recommendations.
Depending on the particular services we are engaged to perform, our reports and recommendations will be made both orally and in writing. Our clients will always have the opportunity to ask questions, and it is a point of pride for us to know that our clients have a clear understanding of what their problems were, how they were resolved, and how they can be prevented in the future. Beacon Consulting Associates has worked with such diverse clients as auto dealerships, e-commerce businesses, retailers, computer consulting firms, manufacturing companies, insurance agencies and many others.
