The On-Call CFO can be involved routinely, on a part-time basis, supervising the bookkeeper, managing working capital and cash flow to reduce borrowing costs, performing analytical tasks and profitability evaluations, and assisting in day-to-day decision making.

There is also another way that an On-Call CFO can be useful.  Involvement can be on a one-time, as-needed basis, to assist with obtaining a loan, raising capital, negotiating payment terms with creditors, installing a new accounting system or upgrading or improving an existing accounting system, designing and installing management information reports to improve day-to-day decision making, evaluating an acquisition, or the financial analysis involved with a new product or service introduction.

We work to your budget.  Frequently, we can hold the costs within a budget by having client personnel assist in data gathering and schedule preparation while we focus on the tasks requiring experience and judgment. We charge by the hour.  Our hourly rates are reasonable and we are flexible in tailoring the engagement to meet your cash limitations.
